Do you get locked in during the escape room?

Nope — you are never locked inside our escape rooms. You and your group will work through the puzzles and challenges as a goal-based game, with help from our game masters if you need it.

How long does it take?

You should budget about an hour and a half for your experience at The Greatest Escape! All of our rooms are designed to be sixty minutes long but be sure to give yourself enough time to check in and hang out for a few minutes after your game!

What happens if your group is late or doesn't show up?

If you don't show up, there is no refund. If you let us know at least 48 hours in advance, we'll be happy to help you reschedule. Your game starts at your scheduled time, so arriving late may mean less time in the room.
